Everyday Things to Help Animals
  1. Get your dog or cat spayed or neutered.
  2. Put ID tags on pets.
  3. Recycle - it saves wild animals' Habitat.
  4. Learn about animals before Adopting them.
  5. Save farm animals. Eat a veggie hotdog or garden burger for lunch today.
  6. Report stray animals to Animal Control.
  7. Don't litter or let your pets do it. Clean up after them.
  8. Keep your cats indoors, especially at night.
  9. Don't give animals as gifts.
  10. Play with your animals everyday.
  11. Eat organic foods, foods that are grown without poisons that pollute animals' habitat.
  12. Make sure your pets are groomed - nail, teeth and fur.
  13. Give your pets plenty of toys and exercise.
  14. Plant Native plants for wild animals' food and shelter.
  15. Treat rabbits as house pets—bring them inside.
  16. Take your pets to the Veterinarian regularly.
