Seki Thu

Seki Thu and her preschool class at Small Faces decorated a cardboard box to collect donations for PAWS. For two months the students asked for change from family and friends.

Seki Thu

After learning about animals and collecting donations, Seki wanted nothing more than to adopt a homeless cat from PAWS. Her wish came true when her mom brought home Pumpkin, a beautiful calico from PAWS, for Seki’s birthday.

When it came time to deliver the box of donations to PAWS, Seki was chosen to represent her class. But before she gave the box to PAWS she knocked on door after door in her neighborhood to collect even more money.

Even though Seki is only five she has made a big difference for animals by rescuing a homeless cat, collecting donations from her neighbors for animals in need, and educating people about animals. We can’t wait to see what she is doing at ten!
